We are extremely pleased to announce the recent hiring of Joanne Butler – Senior Human Factors Consultant and Molly Northcote – Human Factors Engineer.
– has eight years’ experience as an Ergonomics and Human Factors Consultant and has come to us from Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where she distinguished herself as a competent project manager and Human Factors Consultant. Joanne has a wealth of experience managing and executing human factors Integration projects, both technically and commercially from bid phase through to project completion and has spent many years applying human factors knowledge and skills within the Defence, Nuclear and Transport domains.

– recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from the University of Leeds, where she received a 1st Class Honours with industrial placement. After completing a placement as part of the internal human factors team for global medical device manufacturer, Smith and Nephew, she then progressed to a specialist level on a part time basis over the following summer. Molly co-founded MEDx, a student led event series under the NIHR Surgical MedTech Co-operative. Medx delivers talks by academic and industrial professionals on everything from ground-breaking medical innovation to essential entrepreneurship know-how for innovating within medical industries.
